This is Mike.  My support team sent this one to me.  I am very sorry, but for a $300 per year site, I do not drive out to meetings and am not in a position to meet with people most days as I am programming like crazy for online registration sites and business customers who are on a very different payment type.  If you want to move into that type of site, I can quote you a price.  IN that type of solution we will program most any feature you can think of for $120 per hour.

I sent you two or three emails again this evening.  I can get on the phone again if you wish.  I do not understand why it takes you 60 minutes to add two home page announcements.  Please give me some insight to the issue.  I can add announcements in seconds.  As for adding features, which do you want turned on?  I can turn on any you wish.  The list of available features is behind the Features Configuration link.

I will go add a test announcement to your home page to see that everything is working.  If I hit any issues, I will fix them tonight.  If I see anything strange in your announcements, I will send a post back to explain.  I will delete my test message when I am done.

The only thing I see in your announcements is that you are copying and pasting from what looks to be another Microsoft application.  That may be part of the problem.  Although you can do that, Microsoft applications create very strange html tags that are not interpreted by all browser types and may behave strangely.  You might try typing directly into the editor in our sites and using the icons to format your typed text.  You are adding some pretty basic text that can be formatted in our editors.  If you paste text in, with strange tags, they will interfere with our editor, or anyone else's for that matter, and the formatting may not be applied.  Might this be part of what you are experiencing?
